The I.II.I™ Consortium
In 2008 we started to see a decrease in the number of software vendors across the country. Large resellers scaled back workforces by as much as 50%, and small resellers left the business altogether. Software as a Service (SaaS) is becoming the industry standard for delivery and licensing. As an unfortunate side-effect, vendors with large client bases have been forced to sell more boxes, using less resources, and less qualified people. In short, the business model no longer works. To cut costs, the past two years has seen a dramatic increase in the number of web-sites offering video training solutions as a quick fix to a broken model. Videos are inexpensive to deliver, and inexpensive to purchase.
While they certainly fill an education gap at a time when firms require time-sensitive implementation and training solutions, web based training courses overlook the founding principal of the Socratic Method, the principal our educational system was built upon – discussion.
During our years as young students, we were encouraged to ask questions. But the best instructors didn’t simply answer them, they created environments where we could seek multiple answers through open discussions and the sharing of ideas. Creating and maintaining that environment, and building a strong one to one relationship with our clients, was at the heart of the founding of the one to one consortium (The “I.II.I” Consortium).

At I.II.I™, we specialize in scalable IT and CAD Management Solutions, Software Systems Integration and Implementation, A|E|C Technology Consulting, Training, Standards Development and Deployment, Education, and Technical Support. Membership Requirements
The requirements for joining The I.II.I™ Consortium are strict and limited to Engineers, Architects, and Technical Experts with a minimum of 10 years professional experience implementing technology in the A|E|C space.
